International Colored Gemstone Association Releases Program of Speakers For 2015 Congress in Sri Lanka
The Congress Committee and the Board of Directors of the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) have released the program of speakers for the 2015 Congress set to take place from May 17 to 19, 2015, in Sri Lanka. The program includes prominent Gems and Jewelry Industry experts and speakers and covers a wide spectrum of issues from mines to market.
