Gemological Science International (GSI), one of the leading gemological organizations in the world had a successful ‘VOD Dubai International Jewellery show’, a premier platform that brought together the entire jewelry industry into one mega event, November at Dubai Trade Centre (DWTC). The exhibition was divided into four convenient categories: Global Brands, Fine Jewellery, Gemstones & Diamonds, and Packing and Technology.

Organised by DV Global Link, a joint-venture company between DWTC and Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), the consolidated VOD Dubai International Jewellery Show incorporated the emirate’s two leading jewellery sector show cases – the trade-centric VICENZAORO Dubai and the consumer-friendly Dubai International Jewellery Week – into a single, industry-wide mega event set to attract more than 500 local, international and regional brands launching new product lines, collections and jewellery innovations to a trade and consumer audience.

An excellent opportunity to explore and network, GSI participation mainly involved educating the crowd on precious gemstones and services offered. The event provided a platform to understand the grading reports and importance of the same. The event attracted major key players from mines to showcase of the international jewelry industry with over 500+ participants from the industry that includes wholesalers, manufacturers, traders, retailers and end consumers.
