IIJS Signature displays exquisite collections in Fine Gold and Diamond Jewellery


IIJS Signature got off to a roaring start albeit slow movement of the gem and jewellery sector in Mumbai, India. With over 1330 booths and over 600 large and medium sized gem, jewellery and machinery companies showcasing the best of their products and services, this years’ Signature show will give a robust start to the Indian jewellery economy if not transform time.

This years’ Signature show has also encouraged young Jewellery designers by offering a kiosk space to display their respective creations and a section dedicated to start ups also was applauded by Industry members. The show is expecting around more than 18000 trade visitors from the domestic as well as International gem and jewellery sector.

On the inauguration day in his speech Mr Pramod Agarwal, Chairman GJEPC said that al efforts are being made to revive the Industry and work with the government of various value added services for the sector.

Albeit the Corona virus that is slowing down the jewellery economy further, that has affected almost all the leading shows including Signature in terms of buyers from the East, efforts are towards sustaining the trade and identifying new markets.
