Viktor Moiseikin's jewelry collections at Dubai Jewelry Fashion Week

The international premiere of the Moiseikin took place in mid-February at the «by Fashion Factor» show, which is part of the Dubai Jewellery Fashion Week program. This prestigious venue is a kind of a showcase of exceptional jewelry and high fashion, where the best designers of the world gather at the beginning of the year. «By Fashion Factor» project allows to showcase jewelry not only on the podium, but also at a local exhibition for invited guests, where luxury connoisseurs can personally look at their favorite designs.

Viktor Moiseikin made his debut in Dubai with the elegant collections such as “Tsvetodelika”, “Minara”, Pearl'Amour and the Gems Couture fashion project.

Bright jewelry with diamonds, South Sea pearls, topaz, citrines and amethysts were presented on the podium along with the collections of famous world designers. The main idea of the project is a harmonic duet of high fashion and jewelry art.

"I like to create jewelry as an addition to the look. Jewelry catches the eye and is responsible for the first impression during the meeting, though I prefer the sparkle of the eyes, of course, but the sparkle of jewelry, without a doubt, always changes the mood," Victor Moiseikin says.

Rhythmic music was played at the show featuring Moiseikin. The jewelry on the models, artistically embodying the delicate images of flower-women, shimmered in the light of bright spotlights. The jewels looked alive and mobile thanks to the innovative author's fastening, "Waltzing brilliance".

«Tsvetodelika»

The expressive design of this collection is inspired by the eponymous production of the Yekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theater. The surreal multicolored fantasy world of "Tsvetodelika" is recreated by a bright palette of colored sapphires. "It waltzes and creates a mood. It’s one of my favorites, such a podium collection," says Viktor Moiseikin about the design concept.

Another show was dedicated to "Minara", a new collection made in oriental aesthetics.

The design of "Minara" is based on the idea of warmth and light. It can be distinguished by the color palette, geometric shapes of necklaces, earrings and rings decorated with exquisite and sophisticated arabesques.

"Almost every brand or designer has a dedication to the East. Oriental art and architecture are a complex combination of meanings, decorative techniques, mythology and traditions. The collection reflects two inspiring images for me – a lantern surrounded by translucent light, which is lit during Ramadan, and the architectural decor of the towers of minarets towering to the sky. The three-dimensional decorative ornaments of the towers surprise with their beauty, mathematical accuracy and visual dynamics," Viktor Moiseikin says.

The yellow topaz and citrine in the “Minara” decorations created an amazing effect of diffused light on the podium, filtering through the golden arabesques of the decor. The collection was created over the course of two years for “Misk Jewelry”, an Arab luxury brand, and was presented in Dubai for the first time.

Iconic works by Viktor Moiseikin were also presented to the guests of the show in the “By Fashion Factor” space – a Faberge-style Easter egg with malachite (from “the Art of Giving”), cocktail rings with moving stones (Waltzing Brilliance technique), and the “Music of Color” collection of pendants exploring the exquisite sound of musical works.
